Return & Exchange Policy
At WILD FIELD HEALTH, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality sports nutrition and dietary supplements. Because our products are consumable food items, we strictly adhere to food safety regulations to protect all our customers.
Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Return Policy (Food Safety First)
Due to the nature of our products as consumable dietary supplements, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for a change of mind. Once a product leaves our fulfillment center, we cannot guarantee its storage conditions, which compromises our strict food safety and quality control standards.
2. Exceptions for Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that unexpected personal situations can arise after a purchase. While our standard policy strictly prohibits returns on consumable goods for safety reasons, we may review requests for unopened products on a case-by-case basis under special extenuating circumstances. To be eligible for this exception review, the product must be:

Unopened and Unused: The safety seal must be completely intact.

In Original Condition: The packaging must be undamaged and in resalable condition.

Requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products and our fulfillment process. If your order arrives damaged, the safety seal is broken upon arrival, or you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly provide a free replacement or a full refund.

Note: You must report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of the delivery date and provide photographic evidence of the item and the shipping box.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
All return, exchange, or issue resolution requests must be initiated and approved via email. We do not accept items sent back to us without prior authorization.
Step 1: Email our support team at customer.service@wildfieldhealth.com. Please include your Order Number, full name, and a detailed reason for the request (including photos if the item is damaged or incorrect). Step 2: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. Step 3: If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your package.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Quality/Fulfillment Issues: If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), WILD FIELD HEALTH will cover the return shipping costs.

Approved Exceptions: If a return is exceptionally approved under the extenuating circumstances clause, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
6. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our US facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Items purchased on final clearance or major promotional sales (unless damaged upon arrival)

Products that have been opened or have a broken safety seal (unless the item was damaged in transit or a fulfillment error occurred).
