Shipping Policy

 

At WILD FIELD HEALTH, we partner with top-tier US fulfillment networks (including standard 3PLs and FBA services) to ensure your sports nutrition products arrive quickly and safely.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: High volume periods or promotional events may cause slight delays in processing.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5 to 7 business days after processing.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

WILD FIELD HEALTH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping once the package has been handed over to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) and marked as "Delivered" to the address provided at checkout.

  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check your surroundings and with your neighbors.

  • If you still cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
